Artistic Expansion with Aeaea Studios:

Transform your artistic practice with this program designed for you to move beyond feelings of imposter syndrome and equip you with tangible skills. Tailored for artists, directors, producers, and creatives of all kinds aiming to start or realise a project or idea, this program includes 3 x 2hr zoom sessions and a one-on-one creative consultation with your facilitator, Josie Alexandra.

Program Workshops:

1: Imposter No More: Prepare your PITCH confidently.

Details: Tuesday July 30th, 6-8pm London Time Move through imposter feelings to practicing delivering your project pitch in speed dating style meets active listening session lecture / workshop (presentation, individual & group activities)

2: Project Management - Grants: A love letter to your future self

Details: Tuesday August 6th, 6-8pm London Time Refresh or learn 101 to grant writing, through the framework of writing a love letter to your future selflecture / workshop (presentation, individual & group activities)

3: Squirrelling, A Neurodiverse Artistic Method: non-linear creative working

Details: Tuesday August 13th, 6-8pm London Time Learn one of Josie's central artistic methods used across poetry, painting and film making, learn to reframe and look for your own uniqie artistic methods in your practicelecture / workshop (presentation, individual & group activities)

Creative Consultation Call:

A 60 min 1:1 Zoom call to discuss your project in detail and craft a plan for next steps after completing the three workshops.

Overview:

Participants will gain a confident attitude, clear project goals, and practical frameworks, building an internal world in which the participants creative ideas can thrive.

22 for single workshop session

60 for part package (all three workshops)

Bio: Josie Alexandra is an award winning experimental artist, producer, director and educator based in London and the founder of Aeaea Studios. Josie's work explores relationality and complex narratives, envisioning futurisms amidst global crises.
