Background: Born in Poissy near Paris, she studied for her master’s degree in Food Sciences at AgroSup Dijon, National Superior Institute Of Agronomic Sciences, Food and the Environment. She met her boyfriend during an internship in Brisbane, then worked for two years doing yeast production with Lesaffre Human Care in Lille where she became a product manager. When her Aussie boyfriend found a job in Edinburgh she moved to join him.

Ambition: To have a job that in any way promotes a healthy diet using local produce.

Favourite Drink: Pickering’s Gin & Fever Tree Tonic with a slice of grapefruit.
