Our favourite Barstar of the Day story revolves around Kyle Jamieson. Richard first met him at Panda & Sons and his ambition was to own his own pub. That dream was fulfilled last year when he opened Nauticus. When Richard arrived in Edinburgh this year he went back to see how things had progressed. He walked into a packed bar that has just this week been recognised by Culture Trip as being amongst the top cocktail bars in the city. Today’s Barstar is Kyle’s assistant manager, Meghan.
