You may have seen comedians sweat on stage, but this is a line-up show with a difference! Hosted by ex-academic, ex-corporate lawyer, banjo player and sort-of-for-a-bit-one-time personal trainer Alice Fraser, 'Working Out Material' puts the Fringes best stand-ups outside their comfort zone, as they attempt to perform whilst facing physical workout challenges. Its high-impact hilarity as they pedal, pump and lunge their way to the punchlines.We want to take working out less seriously, embracing silliness and celebrating the capabilities of the human body in all its forms.Please note, while our venue is upstairs, we aim to make the show as accessible as possible as we celebrate the joy of the human body.
