Glasgow-based Aurea Quartet comprises of four prize-winning graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Winners of the St Martin-in-the-Fields chamber music prize, and finalists in the Sndor Vgh International Competition in Budapest, appearances include their Wigmore Hall debut. Scottish Voices is a group of women's voices (soloists, not choristers). Following appearances in Portugal, Cyprus and the USA, SV has now commenced recording for Ravello Records in the USA. Together they present a programme including Schubert's Death and the Maiden Quartet and Graham Hair's Ecstasy and Enlightenment (new work funded by Creative Scotland).
