For a long time the system in the city was different. For Jews, blacks, homosexuals and Gypsies life became unbearable. The play is based on the real-life story of Gypsy boxer Rukeli Trollmann, and told by his fictional best friend Hans. Their friendship starts on a rainy November day with a warm good morning and anapple. Shoulder to shoulder through their youth and the dramatic changes of the Nazi regime, their friendship becomes an unpredictable journey. Multiple characters, shadow-games, mime and a puppet show make for an unforgettable experience.
