The PGSQ returns to the Unitarian Church for the group's first appearance at Brighton Fringe, bringing an eclectic mix of music arranged for the unique sound of the Saxophone Quartet. Classical, jazz, folk and contemporary pieces showcase the full range of this virtuoso ensemble, featuring works by J.S. Bach (including the Italian Concerto), Astor Piazzolla, Bob Mintzer, Thelonius Monk and others. A rare occasion to catch this wonderful group in a venue ideally suited for the versatile sound of 4 saxophones. Featuring Lisa Baker (soprano), Charlotte Glasson (alto) and Philippe Guyard (tenor).
