Jenna Monroe, singer/pianist, makes her debut at the Edinburgh Fringe with excerpts from her cabaret show, Love Laid Bare and Minor Obsessions. Rich with humour and pathos, Jenna takes her audience on a roller coaster journey through love, from the skewered (The Masochism Tango) to the sublime (Cohen's Hallelujah). Originally a classical pianist and singer, Jenna moved effortlessly into jazz, blues, roots and experimental fusion. She is an impressively versatile and dramatic performer whose performances are funny, uplifting, inspiring and profoundly moving.
