Direct from Durban, South Africa comes the deliciously funnymasala comedy duo, Masood Boomgaard and Bash with Tash, ready to serve up heaps of laughter for London at the Leicester Square Theatre.

"Indians from Africa" will see two of South Africa's most exciting stand-up acts take the audience on a hilarious cultural adventure, tapping into their experiences growing up in Indian communities laugh out loud funny anecdotes about over-bearing parents, drunk uncles and down right crazy grandparents.

The show will also be peppered with great gags on everyday stuff like relationships, the economy, politics and social media. There's bound to be something for everyone.

Bash with Tash, real name Natashia Portrag, shot to fame in December 2016 when she spontaneously uploaded a comic commentary by herself on Facebook which soared to hundreds of thousands of views. Subsequent videos only heightened her popularity and now she has legions of fans across the globe

Bash with Tash is best known for her incredible ability to improvise on stage and crowd interaction. Her spontaneity ensures that no two shows are the same.

He often also uses the stage to reflect on his childhood and experiences growing up in a mixed race family.

Since you’re here…

… we have a small favour to ask. We don't want your money to support a hack's bar bill at Abattoir, but if you have a pound or two spare, we really encourage you to support a good cause. If this review has either helped you discover a gem or avoid a turkey, consider doing some good that will really make a difference.

You can donate to the charity of your choice, but if you're looking for inspiration, there are three charities we really like.

Mama Biashara
Kate Copstick’s charity, Mama Biashara, works with the poorest and most marginalised people in Kenya. They give grants to set up small, sustainable businesses that bring financial independence and security. That five quid you spend on a large glass of House White? They can save someone’s life with that. And the money for a pair of Air Jordans? Will take four women and their fifteen children away from a man who is raping them and into a new life with a moneymaking business for Mum and happiness for the kids.
