After two sell-out performances in last years Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Edinburgh Youth Orchestra return once again to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with an exciting and varied programme under the inspired direction of conductor Sian Edwards. The concert opens with Dvoraks popular Carnival Overture, the orchestra is then joined by a former member Rhiannon Carmichael for the Weber Bassoon Concerto. The first half also includes Graham Fitkins exuberant orchestral showpiece Metal. Vaughan Williams' glorious London Symphony forms the second half of the programme. Early ticket purchase is recommended to avoid disappointment at the door.
