What do people need to know about you?

Sometimes I’m not useless

I once woke up in Norway by accident, so if you see me looking lost, please help. I have an unreasonable fear of empty seats. It’s actual terror, so help me out there, too. I won Best Spoken Word Show (PBH Free Fringe) the last two years, so sometimes I’m not useless.

What are you up to this Fringe?

I’m doing two solo shows, Can’t Care, Won’t Care is last year’s Best Spoken Word Show (PBH Free Fringe) and is back after national touring, and Cult Friction is my new show. I’ll also be hosting the BBC Slam the last week of the Fringe, doing guest spots here and there and generally losing my sanity/money/rationality/ability to move.

What else are you going to see?

Definitely one show located on or in something improbable, or it’s just not the fringe. One show I pick purely from the utterly inane title, and hopefully, something brilliant. I have to say Monkey Poet’s proved unmissable for me the last three years, so that’s my first stop.

What is your favourite word?

Defenestration

The Make A Difference Trust fights HIV & AIDS one stage at a time. Their UK and International grant-making strategy is based on five criteria that raise awareness, educate, and provide care and support for the most vulnerable in society. A host of fundraising events, including Bucket Collections, Late Night Cabarets, West End Eurovision, West End Bares and A West End Christmas continue to raise funds for projects both in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.
