#EdFringe17: Comedy from Israel part 1 – David Kilimnick
Welcome to the first of the our #EdFringe17 podcasts. We kick off with 15 minutes of live stand-up and chat with former Rabbi, David Kilimnick, the founder of Jerusalem’s first ever comedy club, ‘Off the Wall Comedy Basement’. David is making his Edinburgh debut, with fellow comics, Yohay Sponder and Shahar Hason with the late-night show, ‘Boycotted: Comedy from Israel’. So, what’s with the title? Is it possible for an Israeli comedian to boycott himself? How does a Rabbi end up being a comedian?
